A few things to consider when choosing a window cleaner.

Are they insured? 
Accidents can happen and although we have never had a claim; it is irresponsible for a window cleaner to work without cover.

 Are they using the correct equipment properly? 
Without the right gear used in the right manner, window cleaning can be dangerous. A good cleaner will work with the utmost care in respect to themselves and others.

 Are they only cleaning with poles? 
A job well done requires close proximity to the glass, we use ladders to achieve this. Poles may be necessary sometimes, but not too often.

Does furniture need to be moved or covered?
Nope. We will move and cover any furniture that may be next to windows with as much care as if it were our own.

What if something is damaged?
Though we have never had to make a claim, we are fully covered with public liability insurance, any damages would be replaced at our expense.

How regularly should the windows be cleaned? 
This really depends on personal preference, however if you're located closer to the beach, main roads, or areas with lots of dust (farmland/ construction); the frequency may increase. Windows that are cleaned more often will remain in good condition & certainly cost less to clean. Typically every 6 months for residential homes and 3-4 weeks for shop fronts/ businesses.

How high can you go?
​Our team has no fear of heights and can just about cover anything up to 3 storeys.

How much water is needed for 1 service?
We pride ourselves on our efficiency and will usually only need 8-10 litres of water per clean.

Do you work in the rain?
We don't mind a little rain, however if it compromises our safety we will arrange another time to finish the clean. Rain will typically only stick to residue on glass, and will come right off cleaned glass.

How much does it cost for a 4 bedroom house?
The cost of a clean varies greatly depending on the quantity, condition and accessibility of your windows. However, a typical 4 bedroom, 2-storey house usually works out to be approximately $220-$295. This includes all windows inside/out, screens, sills and frames.
